Owen James Hart was born on May 7, 1965 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The youngest of Stu and Helen Hart.

From a very young age, Owen proved that he was good at athletics. He especially like wrestling. Owen's father, Stu who at the time was a professional wrestling trainer, saw that Owen had what it takes to be a professional wrestling athlete. Like his older brother Bret, Owen began training in his father's famous "Dungeon" by his early teenage years. He was then wrestling at Stu Hart's Stampede Wrestling where he had some good sucess. He Had Some Tours of Japan and A short Stint as the Blue Blazer in the WWE. Then He went to the WWE as Owen Hart. They Saw huge talent and he had many victories and a shocking win against his brother at Wrestlemania X. Then in November 1997 when the whole Survivor Series Screwjob was going on Owen stayed true to his company and stayed as his family went to WCW. He then had sucess as a man finally out of his brothers shadow. Then in 1999 tragedy struck as a stunt went wrong at a WWE. Owen James Hart Fell to his death as he was set to make a superhero entrance from the rafters. He will forever be rembered for his great talent and many accomplishments not only in the ring, but out of the ring as well.
